Welcome To Fellowship of Praise

Our prayer is that you would be blessed and strengthened by the power of Jesus Christ and that you will live a life of abundance in fellowship, joy and liberty. Fellowship of Praise is here for you. Fellowship of Praise is a family of believers coming together to declare the glory of the Lord and celebrate Jesus as King. We study the Word, practice what we learn and in the process grow together. May God richly bless you!

Tornado Relief Update

Within hours of the devastation caused by an EF5 tornado, Southern Baptist Disaster Relief (SBDR) teams were on the ground with chaplaincy and assessment teams serving the community of Moore, Okla. Southern Baptists in Oklahoma are doing a great job leading these efforts.

To provide further support, the North American Mission Board deployed two trucks with bottled water, roofing tarp and other essentials for the initial response. Working with local government officials and Oklahoma SBDR leaders, the NAMB team is coordinating relief efforts among Southern Baptist state convention volunteers who will be clearing debris from yards and homes, providing chaplaincy counseling and helping survivors get back on their feet.

This response in times of crisis would not be possible without the generous giving of Southern Baptists. Here are some ways you can help right now:

  • Pray and encourage your church to pray for survivors, first responders and Southern Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers who are serving them.
  • Share this video with your church this Sunday so they can better understand how Southern Baptists are serving in Moore.
  • Embed this downloadable video on your church’s website and share it with your friends and family through Facebook, Twitter and other social media.
  • Encourage your church, friends and others to support Southern Baptist Relief efforts by donating. NAMB is currently directing all Disaster Relief donations we receive to the Oklahoma efforts.

Thank you for helping Southern Baptists bring help, healing and the hope of the gospel in times of crisis

Food Pantry

Our food pantry is dwindling.  Many people in our church and community benefit from our food pantry, but now the shelves are sparse and need to be re-stocked.  We need almost everything but especially items like: tuna, canned chicken, canned ham, peanut butter (small), macaroni & cheese, canned lunch (i.e., Beefaroni), instant potatoes, cereal, veggies, paper goods, powered milk and whatever you can give.  Please be sure nothing you donate is expired or near expiration.  Contact Linda Stroud at 803-897-3384 for more information.

Family First Sunday

The first Sunday of each month is dedicated to families! All of our “Children’s Church” kids (Ages 4-9) sit in the sanctuary with their parents. Sometimes they help with the service in ways like reading scripture, singing or taking up offering! Also, we have a potluck fellowship dinner following worship…so bring a casserole or your favorite dessert to share and join us as we fellowship and get to know each other! Remember…the first Sunday of every month, so mark your calendar!
